The Nuance Mid Cap Value Composite consists of accounts managed in the Mid Cap Value (“MCV”) strategy. MCV seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation through investments in primarily high quality, though temporarily out of favor, U.S. equity securities. The market capitalization of at least 75 percent of these securities will generally fall within the range of the members of the Russell Mid Cap Value Index or S&P Mid Cap 400 Value Index. For comparison purposes, the composite is measured against S&P Mid Cap 400 Value Index. The composite was created on November 3, 2008. More detail is available upon request.

The Nuance Concentrated Value Composite consists of accounts managed in the Concentrated Value (“CVC”) strategy. CVC seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation through investments in primarily high quality, though temporarily out of favor, U.S. equity securities. CVC is an all-cap strategy, meaning it will invest in small, medium, and large sized companies. For comparison purposes, the composite is measured against S&P Mid Cap 400 Value Index. The composite was created on November 13, 2008. More detail is available upon request.

MVS believes it has prepared and presented this website in compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). MVS is an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm maintains a complete list and description of composites, which is available upon request. Results are based on fully discretionary accounts under management, including those accounts no longer with the firm. The U.S. Dollar is the currency used to express performance. Performance results are presented both net and gross of management fees when possible and include the reinvestment of income. Actual returns will be reduced by investment advisory fees and other expenses that may be incurred in the management of the account.
